2. Service Estimates & Pricing Disclosure

• Base Rate: Our advertised price of $79 for Dryer Vent Cleaning is a starting base rate for standard residential vent systems.

• On-Site Inspection: Final pricing is subject to a visual on-site inspection by our technician.

• Additional Fees: Prices may vary based on factors such as: total vent length, accessibility (e.g., roof access or high-climb), excessive lint buildup, or the need for professional repairs. You will always be informed of any price changes before work begins.

3. Service Fulfillment & Subcontracting

To maintain our commitment to fast and reliable service, Duct Purify reserves the right to fulfill service requests through our network of trusted third-party professional partners or subcontractors. In such cases:

• Your contact information will be shared with the partner solely for service fulfillment.

• The partner is responsible for the performance and quality of the specific job.

• We only partner with professionals who meet our high standards for dryer vent cleaning.

4. Liability & Property Protection

Duct Purify and its partners take the utmost care during the cleaning process. However, we are not liable for:

• Damages caused by pre-existing conditions, such as brittle or improperly installed venting materials.

• Hidden structural defects or code violations discovered during the inspection.

• General wear and tear of older appliances.

5. Cancellation & Scheduling

We value our technicians’ time and our customers’ schedules. We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a $49 service call fee.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the county where the service was provided.
